Maintenance:
End-User Impact:
During the GDC maintenance window:
Device onboarding and device re‑management will be interrupted for approximately 30 minutes.
To avoid failures, please do not perform any onboarding actions or managed‑status changes during this period.
During RDC upgrade maintenance window:
• Client authentication services (including PPSK and Guest) may experience temporary instability during the upgrade.
• AP connectivity to CAPWAP servers will experience a brief interruption, as all CAPWAP servers must be restarted as part of the upgrade process.
Administrator UI access:
Administrators may be temporarily unable to log in to the ExtremeCloud IQ / Extreme Platform ONE interface during either the GDC or RDC upgrade windows.
Please logoff from the system during the maintenance window.
